Board & Advisory Service

Alongside coaching, I serve organizations at the governance level. I currently sit on the Board of Directors of Cisco’s VETS Employee Resource Organization (Finance Committee), and I bring three things to boards: technology and AI fluency with real enterprise implementation experience, a people-first lens on culture and leadership pipeline grounded in certified coaching practice, and 25+ years navigating public sector and regulated markets. I’m open to board and advisory conversations where technology strategy, talent, and transformation intersect.
